Step 1
Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.

Wash and dry your sweet potatoes. Cut them into wedges by cutting the potato in half length-way. Then carefully cut triangular pieces that look a little like wedges, about 4 per half.
Step 3
Put the wedges on a rimmed baking sheet. Pour melted butter or olive oil over the wedges and sprinkle the Smoky Maple over them. Carefully “rub” the wedges around to get each covered in butter or oil and seasoning.
Step 4
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until a fork will pierce the thickest wedge easily. Serve hot.
